ProspectSoft CRM Version 5 Product Training
ProspectSoft CRM Product training comprises two courses to target the differing needs and backgrounds of Resellers’ staff; both courses have their own Accreditation. Each day builds on the previous days and needs to be completed in order. No prior ProspectSoft training or use is assumed, but computing competence is required - see the pre-requisites listed below. The two courses are:
 Installation & Technical Support
This one day course covers all aspects of installing and maintaining ProspectSoft CRM on a Local Area Network and setting up Mobile Users or Remote Servers. Configuration of the basic Administration Tables is shown so that the Installer can confidently leave the customer with a working ProspectSoft CRM system. The day concludes with the written Accreditation exercise.

Typical attendees will be Resellers’ installation and support staff.

Installation Training Pre-Requisites:

 • Competence in using current MS Windows operating systems, Word, Excel    and Outlook.

 • Knowledge of client-server systems (file shares, database servers and    email).

 • General knowledge of database technology.

 Consultancy, Training & Supporting Users - Four day Course
This new, four day course covers the full implementation, configuration and user training requirements of ProspectSoft CRM and replaces the previous three day Product Implementation & Consultancy course. The extra day is needed to cover the growth of functionality in ProspectSoft CRM v5 – for example, the Campaign Manager Module, a new Mail Merge process, new MS Outlook usage and XML API Add-on and Plug-in implementation.

All the Administration Tables and the main Modules are covered (excluding Report Writer, Real Time Data Tunnel, Automatic Alerts and SOAP). Attendees are trained to plan and manage a successful implementation, how to configure ProspectSoft CRM to match customers’ needs and expectations, and are shown where extra income may be generated during or after the initial commissioning. Typical attendees will be those Resellers’ staff who, whether technical or not, interact with customers during CRM design and implementation – senior managers and sales staff wanting a deeper knowledge of ProspectSoft CRM find the course particularly helpful.

Course Training Pre-Requisites

 • Enough MS Word skills to produce formatted templates using styles and    frames.

 • Experience of using MS Excel to manipulate data on spreadsheets.

Consultancy, Training & Supporting Users - Split 2 x 2 Day Course
This course contains exactly the same material as the Four Day course ( 2.2.1 above ) but is split into two parts, beginning with Days 1 & 2 and followed a week or so later with Days 3 & 4. This has been done to make it easier for Resellers’ staff to attend a split course rather than four consecutive days away from work.
