Word and Excel letters, faxes or spreadsheet, incoming and outgoing Outlook e-mails, scanned documents, images or diagrams, are all stored and tracked within the ProspectSoft CRM Software database. Documents are held against a customer or supplier record, or against individual customer or supplier events, such as sales opportunities, problems or queries.
